Mr. George Hui is the principal and founder of GH Legal. He was previously a Barrister-at-Law with the Hong Kong Bar Association (Year of Call: 2005) and was later admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2016. George is also a qualified solicitor (non-practicing) in England and Wales and an Attorney of the State of New York.

George advises clients from start-ups, local corporations, financial institutions, to MNCs and listed companies. He is experienced in advising on fund structures, fund documentations, joint venture and licensing and regulatory issues relating to fund managers.

George has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution including contentious insolvency, regulatory and investigatory matters, contentious probate, professional indemnity and disciplinary matters, shareholders’ and partnership disputes and major commercial cross-border litigation.
